The report contain three parts: the first part is the experimental investigations and modelling calculations of a radiation centers in crystal; second- a synthesis and physical properties of new material for ESR dosimetry, and the thrird- a developing and modernization of ESr retrospective method. The experimental investigation of radiation centers formation in hydroxilappatite contained materials such as tooth, dentine and enamel alows to propose the united mechanism of the radical formation. Quantum chemistry modelling calcucation allows to propose the mechanism of radical formation for cation branch of alanine and predict the symetry along with hyperhine coupling constant values for radiations centers in cubic SIC crystals. The synthesis and investigation of a new materials alow to increase of ising materalis for ESR dosimetry. The dependesies of ESR sperctra from a phase state and structure may be used for ESR dosimetry throught the dependencies of the first from irradiation dose. The developing of ESR method alow to use ESR for detecting small doses and aplication ESR dosimetry for accidental irradiation.
