High levels of expression of intercellular and secreted forms of hormone were obtained. Conditions of cell cultivations, viral infection and cell or medium harvesting for the achieving of the best yield of recombinant product were elaborated. 50% and 5% amount of intracelluar and extracelluar prolactin correspondently from the total amount of ceiiuiar proteins content were achieved. Two methods of prolactin purification were suggested: Co++ affinity chromatography and heparin affinity chromatography. It was demonstrated that purifieldprolactin was biologically active in the vitro experiments, it's amount was calculated as 60 mg (intracellular prolactin) and 10 mg (extracellular prolactin) per L jf the medium.
