Unreliable rotation should be refined. The main concept of this problem is calculation of rotation parameters between HCRF and ICRF using the optical and radio position differences of ERS. Good quality CCD observations of 269 areas around the ERS were obtained. Data processing of observations of 200 ERS in declination zone from -40° to +80° was carried out. Obtained accuracy of ERS differences O-R (optical - radio position) is not worse than 30 mas. The catalog of 200 ERS with accuracy 25-30 mas was compiled. The following values of angles of connection between optical and radio reference frames in zone of declinations from -40° to +80° were calculated:wx= -1.3±7.2, wy=9.3±6.7, wz = 6.1±5.7mas.
