We determined optic and thermal development of coloration centers, proposed models of defects registered at radiation. We investigated mechanisms of energy storing and peculiarities of thermostimulated luminescence of pure and alloyed samples, indicating that the efficiency of energy storing in perofskites is considerably higher than in traditional dosimeters on basis of LiF, i.e. the stated materials are perspective as dosimetric medium.
