The new strontium borate Sr4B14O25 was synthesis. The incongruent melting temperature of Sr4B14O25 is (1012±5) 0С, and it may be crystallized from the melt with (64 - 65) mol % B2O3 concentration. The crystal structure was checked by X - ray diffraction. The Sr4B14O25:Pr+3 crystal belongs to the monoclinic system with the space group C2/m. The Pr+3 doped strontium borate crystals SrB4O7 and Sr4B14O25 was grown from melt with molar ratio of RE2O3/SrO from 0 to 0,01. Polycrystalline samples of SrB4O7:Pr3+ were obtained for the molar ratio Pr2O3/SrO < 0.002 of lanthanides dopants.
