Complex research of structural transformations in the melts CdTe + Ge (Sn, ZnTe) is conducted with the help bond - sensitive (electrical conductivity) and structural - sensitive (viscosity, ДТА) methods of researches. The nonisothermal, step-by-step-like nature of the cadmium telluride and solid solutions on his(its) basis melting process had been observed. It was shawn, that endothermic additional effects in the melt temperature correlate with the temperatures of sharp rise of the melt viscosity, that testifies about processes of self-organizing of existing in the melt structural units. Obtained heterostructures can be utilised as high fotosensitive and cheaper compared with cadmium sulphide on 50-60 of % of compositions, with a maximum of absorption in visible range of a spectrum.
