As a result of the research the heat treatment modes were developed to form the amorphous, nanocrystalline (<40nm), microcrystalline (>40nm) or mixed states at the controlled annealing of the amorphous alloys; the new alloys of (Ti-Zr)-(Ni-Cu) and (Ti-Hf)-(Ni-Cu) systems that amorphize at lower cooling rates were created.
