She does not allow to receive quantitative results for dependence of factors of activity on concentration in a wide range of concentration. In this theory the interaction between ions of one charge, but only energy of an attraction between ions of a different charge is not taken into account. In work the features of interaction between ions with use of methods continuity theory of electrodynamics are taken into account. It has allowed to construct the theory of water solutions and for the first time to explain features in behaviour of factors of activity from concentration for all typical dependences, which are observed on experiment. The research of magnetic properties of water environments has allowed to establish, that the self-consistent system, which the set of ions in a water solution is, has not only self-consistent electrical, but also magnetic fields. Is established, that in the field of smallmeanings of concentration of a mix of water solutions, they behave as diamagnetic, that confirms validity of idea about primacy of field properties for of water solutions in the field of small meanings of concentration of ions. The carried out researches have shown, that the essential progress in understanding of all nuances of interaction of ions in water solutions is possible to reach, expanding frameworks scientific paradigm and involving representation about primacy of field properties of a matter.
