The employment of the exciton balance equation makes possible to define the linkage between the radiation intensity; exciton density in the medium and the outgoing signal intensity. The regularity of the spectra behaviour with regard to three factors: a great exciton density, excitation wave polarization and a weak magnetic field has been studied. The influence of the change of these values on the process of hysteresis loop formation, i.e. on obtaining optical bistability has been analyzed.
