In work were used 179 rats and 57 mices. The laboratory technology of flavonoids from triticum sativum (FT) was developed. The parodontoprotective effects of Soya F and dihydroxycholecalciferols was discovered on rats with estrogens deficiency. Diazepam-like effects of quercetin and FT on behavior of mice was discovered. It is established that flavonoids deficiency in rats induce the resistance to stress-agents decrease. The emotional stress in these animals induces parodontosis, which decreases by quercetin treatment. Conclusion - the adaptogenic effects of F are realized by their affinity to nuclear hormones and neurotransmitters receptors. F of nutrition are factor of resistence to parodontium pathology.
