The purpose of the project is to perform direct regulation of defects concentration of manganese dioxide structure including surface ones with the help of changes of parameters of an electrolysis by the anodic oxidation from fluorine containing electrolytes and to analyze activity of manganese dioxide in catalytic processes of carbon monooxide conversion, electrocatalytic activity of oxygen, hydrogen peroxide decomposition with the purpose of creation of active catalysts of the above mentioned processes. Methods of researches: 1. physico-chemical [X-ray diffraction (DRON-3), IR-spectroscopy (UR-10), thermogravimetry (МОМ-5831)]. 2.
