Also were analyzed results of clinic research of "Xylat". Here are results of clinic study of efficiency "Rheosorbilact" while using desintoxicational therapy of hematological patients, and patients who suffered chronic alcohol hepatitis, and using solution "Sorbilact " to patients, who were operated. Revealed, that infusions of this solution corrected indexes of acid-base balance, and hemodynamics, had powerful desintoxicational action, increased diuresis and intestine's peristaltic.
