Clinic researches showed us, that significant replaceable effect of transfusion of defrozen erythrocytes, which displayed by reduction of symptoms of hemorragies, who suffered with angiostaxis, sensibilizations by plural hemotransfusions in the past and inhibitor forms of illness. We have analyzed condition and prospect of preparation and using of donor's blood and erythrocytes in Ukraine for last 10 years. Showed, that narrowing of indexes before transfusion of donor's blood and erythrocytes, and introduction in medical practice componental therapy and autodonation of blood has resulted to decreasing needs of hospitals in blood and erythrocytes.
