According with it the opportunity is shown and optimum ways of using methods and ways of the theory of similarity and modelling to problems of an sensitivity estimation of optimum decisions and distributions of admissions to parameters on the set influences are determined. Conditions of process similarity of system conditions optimisation with the help of automatic control systems (SAC) are established. Mathematical models which allow to solve more effectively problems of the analysis of sensitivity of optimum decisions in dynamic systems management such as electrical powering are developed. In their basis it is necessary criteria modelling which provides transformation of initial mathematical model to the dimensionless form. The method and algorithmof definition in an analytical kind of borders of area of tolerance (optimality) of components of a vector of management are developed by normal conditions of dynamic systems. The method and algorithm of distribution of admissions on parameters for a multipleparameter problem of sensitivity use criteria modelling is created. Are developed the graphic environment for the analysis and acceptances of optimum decisions, and also nature-imitating model for reproduction of processes on optimization of conditions of power systems. It allows to determine and correct operatively adjusting parameters SAC in conformity with changing conditions of operation. Introduction of results SIW in power supply systems allows due to optimization of their modes and increases of efficiency of systems of automatic control by modes PES to achieve decrease in losses of the electric power in them on 3-5 %.
