The objective of the research: the development of models' set able to estimate the current condition and prognostication the trams' and trolley-buses working capacity of units and functional systems limits. Methods of research include the method of working failures identification and basic functional systems restoration processes; the method of nonlinear objects identification by fussy knowledge basses; passive experiment; statistical analysis and method of the forecasting of trams electric power consumption, method of the checking the kurtosis of the signal of the amplitude bypass vibration signal, methods spectral and capstral of the analysis. The theoretical and practical results are the mathematical models for spare parts reserves estimation; the models for store controlling; the diagnosis parameters sets of both trams and trolley-buses functional systems basic units; built models of the laws of the distribution and models of the forecasting of the consumption to electric powers tram on route; mathematical models will built for vibration diagnostic bearing and reductions. The created mathematical models of spare parts sets optimal reserves will lead to expenses saving. The synthesized models and optioned diagnosis models will make up the basis for the trams and trolley-buses technical diagnosis systems development.
