The effective technology of thermal expanding of chemicaly processed graphite in comtinuous furmaces on gas and liguid fuel is developed at temperature 1000 C.Tehnologe can underlie powerfi; stationary and moble instations for reguirement of ecological protection of an environment. the proved opportunity of reduction of the cost price of a sorbent due to application as raw material chap marcs of domestic graphite. Absrtion of mineral oit by different firms of a sorbent are investigated. the petrocapacity of a sorbent concerning typical mineral oil which reaches 70 r/r for crude oil is investigated. It is established, that speed capillary sotbing in thermo-expanded graphite depends on density of a sample and has the maximal value at density of 18 t/dm3. Methods of water treating and a ground from mineral oil is offered. The proved opprtunity of recyrling of the collected substanceand the further thermal regeneration of the fulfilled sorbent with the purpose of reusable use. It is executed by a tech-the eguiment design of mobile independent installation on the automobile trailer formanufacturing and application of a sorbent in real field comditions.
