Norms, which set unique terminology, principles of functioning, tipologies and classification of facilities of placing, unique criteria of requirements in relation to a material and technical base and quality of grant of services, and also method of their estimation, were developed in balance of the conducted work. A brevity is the basic high-quality indexes of the developed norms, a clearness and definiteness of formulations, the necessary informative loading of documents is taken to the optimum minimum, in documents is used vocabulary of modern, business Ukrainian.
