In thyroid cancer patients (TC) essential disbalance in the endocrine and immune systems takes place and after TE it extends. Use of preparations of thymic origin in animals after TE and inclusion of them into generally accepted treatment regimen for TC patients promotes normalization of various studied indices. Mean value of the activity index by Karnovsky scale was 12,4% higher in TC patients who received preparations of thymic origin on elaborated regimen as compared to those values in patients of control group. Postoperative use of preparations of thymic origin on the background of hormone therapy with L-thyroxine improves clinical status of patients, improves their life quality at the expense of more effective rehabilitation of endocrine function of thyroid gland and thymus.
