Objective of study – to develop physicotechnical principles of medicoengineering technology for the combined use of mechanochemically activated preparation and electromagnetic radiation and study their effect on experimental tumor processes. Methods of study – physico-chemical, statistical. Instruments: mechanochemical modifier based on microvibrating mill MMVE-0,005, radiospectrometer PE-1307, NMR-spectrometer "Mercury –300BB", analyzer of mechanoemission TPA-3; devices: "Luch-3CMB-20-3", VHF, "Oratory", generator G3-33, ultrathermostat "Type 03", thermostat TC-80M-2", flow cytofluorimeter FACScan, microvoltnanoampermeter "F136", weigherWLK-500. Experimental stand for electromagnetic radiation of cells and solutions at ranges of frequencies 40 MHz, 2450 MHz and 60 GHz at 37 0C and 43 0C has been developed. Experimental device for radiation of laboratory animals at a range of VHF has been created. The experiments showed that electromagnetic radiation (ER) at ranges 40MHz, 2450 MHz and 60 GHz at 37 0C and 43 0C differently initiates polarizing and depolarizing effects in officinal (OF) and mechanochemically activated (MA) DR and their complexes with DNA. The greatest changes of optical density at 260 nm of complex MA DR with DNA cause ER at frequency of 40 MHz at 37 0 C. Mechanochemical activation of solid form of DR without changes of primary structure of preparation additionally initiates free radicals, one- and bivalent positive ions in its solution. It is shown that for rats LD50 OF DR is 17,4 mg/kg and LD50 MA DR is 16,9 mg/kg. For mice LD50 OF DR is 22,8 mg/kg, LD50 MA DR is 18,4 mg/kg. The combined effect of OF and MA DR and ER EHF -VHF and UHF-ranges on Geren carcinoma. VHF-radiation has higher penetrating ability in biologic tissues than EHF-radiation and doesn't cause burns in combination effect with DR in contrast to UHF-radiation. Hence, the combined anticancer effect of MA DR and VHF-radiation on experimental models of tumor process has been studied. The combined effect of MA DR and ER VHF-range at moderate hyperthermia on cell cultures MCF-7, MT-4 and A549 and in animals with Geren carcinoma, resistant to DR Geren carcinoma, sarcoma 45, Walker carcinosarcoma-256, Pliss lymphosarcoma and Lewis carcinoma cause increase of anticancer effect as compared to OF DR Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
