Data reduction was done. Two methods were used to study stellar populations in the galaxies. The first method was used for the analysis observational data obtained with ground-based telescopes. It uses photometric colours, spectral energy distributions, equivalent widths of hydrogen absorption and emission lines to produce the model of galaxy emission. The second method is based on the diagrams colour - magnitude for the galaxies resolved on the stars in the Hubble Space Telescope images. The general conclusion of the study of stellar populations in galaxies is that the galaxies in the local Universe do exist which emission is explained only by young stellar populations with the age not exceeding 1-2 Gyr.
