The dominance of subtype A HIV (39%) and its recombinants with subtypes B and C, and multisubtypes is proved. The 90% of a HIV-1 A were revealed in Odessa, Donetsk and Kiev areas. In the Nikolaev area the HIV-1 B or its derivative recombinants form was mainly defined.
