The purpose of activity was modeling of technological processes, study of properties of materials, which are used for formation of nanolayers in various designs of multielement thermal receivers. A method of research - calculus of technological processes. The equations for cylindrical coordinate system are obtained, the boundary conditions are determined. The set of equations is obtained, which solution is obtained in the analytical form. The solutions of a problem for a semibounded skew field з to constants and modulated heat flow are obtained. The experiment for check of thermodynamic calculations with simultaneous measurement of pyroelectric coefficient of layers is conducted. A feroelectric film are synthesized in vacuum і from aTGS-solution, which put on a technological substrate, from an alloy of a acentricity crystals influencing on temperature and flying noise are investigated. For formation of the topological schemes and designs of nanostructures the software because of complex "STALKER/PC" is developed. The use of feroelectric recordings expands functionalities of feroelectric materials, for example, in piezotechniques, thermal imaging. The novel applications of ferroelectrics are connected to use of recordings, and the attitude of their use will be determined by obtained knowledge's in the field of physics, chemistry both process engineering of film ferroelectrics and surfaces.
