Researches of influence of compounds on the contents of the basic components monooxigenasic system (MOS), state of free-radical processes and lipoperoxidation (LP) in experiences in vitro and in vivo are carried out within the subchronic peroral and inhalatory expositions. Intensification of processes of LP of the microsomal membranes owing to their activation electrontrasport chain is the main biochemical mechanism of potential toxicity of investigated derivative succinic and camphor acids.
