Purpose of the project is determination of UBV-magnitudes, color indexes, the sizes, shapes, spin-vectors and optical properties of main-belt and near-Earth asteroids; a study of physical properties of comets and of the nature of their dust particles; analysis of the data.Methods of research: photometric and polarimetric observations, numerical modeling and statistical analysis of data.During 131 nights the photometric observations of 40 asteroids and polarimetric ones of two asteroids and also the both observations of two comets were carried out. The rotation periods of 12 asteroids and the complete magnitude-phase dependence of E-type asteroids have been obtained for the first time. The polarization-phase dependences and physical parameters of two comets were determined. The method of inverse task solution of the determination of asteroid pole coordinates, sidereal periods of rotation, senses of rotation and ratios of semi-axis of their figures was improved. Using this method the foregoing parameters for 43 asteroids were determined. The available data were analysed for the revelation of regularities in the distributions of physical parameters of asteroids and comets. The new conclusions concerning the axis rotation and comet taxonomy have been drown which have a cosmogonical character.Obtained results are of great interest from the point of view of both fundamental science and the asteroid hazard problem. The lightcurves and parameters of polarization obtained in this project are included to the international data-bases "Asteroid Photometric Catalogue" and "Planetary Data System", respectively.
