The obtaining of the optical positions of ICRF sources, of Solar System bodies, of comets, of Earth rotation parameters and of circumstances of the occultation and eclipses are an aim of this research work. The observations of ICRF sources using reflector AZT-8 with CCD camera, the obtaining of positions of ICRF sources from Palomar surveys and the position observations of the Solar System bodies, of comets, of occultation and eclipses are the methods of these investigations. The results were presented in the 22 publications, in the 7 papers which put in the press and in the 10 reports at the scientific conferences. During reporting period the following results were obtained: 1. A catalogue of the positions of about two millions reference stars in the 349 sky areas around extragalactic sources had been created. 2. The components of Hipparcos orientation vectors relative to ICRF had been determined with using this catalogue. 3. An incompetence of using of the positions of optical components of extragalactic radio sources, which obtained without taking proper motions of reference stars, for determination of the orientation parameters between the coordinate systems had been proved. 4. 335 time differences UT0(X)-UTC were obtained. 5. The processing of the position observations of Solar System bodies is executing. 6. A list of the brightness outbursts of 10 comets had been compiled. A catalogue of the photometric parameters of 39 comets had been obtained. 7. The observation material, obtained with using meridian circle of AI KhNU during the eighties years are processed. The differential catalogue of right ascension from selected lists of Fabritsius stars, PFCFS and Lazorenko stars was created. 8. The modern astrometric parameters for stars from Glise catalogue were gathered.The results of this research work partially were published, partially were prepared for publication. The Bessel parameters (u+m) and nwere partially determined from observations obtained at the meridian circle during 1982-1984 years. The estimations of observational accuracy with using of stars from Hipparcos catalogue were obtained. The revision of first data on the basis of initial processing of material was realized. These results can be given for using to all interested organizations and professionals in astrometry, celestial mechanic and star astronomy in Ukraine and abroad. A forecast: probably improvement of link between Hipparcos and ISRF coordinate systems as well as dynamical coordinate system from ground-based observations. Making catalogues.
