The goal of the work: metrological ground for multicomponent analysis of mixtures. The work is carried out using spectrophotometric, spectrofluorimetric, coulometric and chromatographic techniques. Simulation is performed on computer. Project of method of simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of anionic surface active substances in solutions jointly was worked up. The method is based on differences of ionic associates stability formed by different groups of anionic surface active substances with rodamine 6G. Two methods of coulometric determination of iodide- and bromide-ions concentration i(с = 2.10-5 - 1.10-3 mol/l) in solutions using platinum electrodes were worked up. One of the methods supposes sequential oxidation of halide ions to halogens under fixed potential (under 0.75 V and 1.10 V vs. saturated Ag/AgCl electrode), and another method supposes measurement of necessary quantity of electricity for simultaneous oxidation bromide to bromine, iodide to iodate. The metrological characteristics of determination of praseodymium and neodymium or praseodymium and itherbyum as complexes with 1-(2- pyridilazo)-rezorcinol by single and two-dimensional spectra are compared at example of simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of pairs of ligand-ions. It is shown using of two-dimensional spectra allows to decrease errors for praseodymium and itherbyum only. The dependencies of absorbance on pH for complexes of praseodymium and neodymium are equal.
