To elaborate new methodic, where the obtained compounds were used as fluorescent probs. The proton photo transfer reaction in compounds with intramolecular hydrogen bond of oxazol, oxadiazol, flavonol types has been investigated. Quantum chemical simulation was done. Correlations between the structure of organic molecules and the rates of most important primary physicochemical processes were found.
