Object of research - practically healthy elderly people (60-74 years, 60 person) and patients with COB of elderly age (60-74 years, 90 person) outside of a stage of an exacerbation, with respiratory failure I-II stage. Methods of research - continuous registration R-R of intervals during 24 hours. The analysis of a circadian variability of a cardiac rhythm, estimation of circadian rhythms autonomic tone. Circadian peakflowmetery, oxyhemometry, thermometry. The analysis of gas structure and ABC of a blood. We investigated the efficiency of the therapy of bronchial obstruction with Ipratropium Bromidum, Salbutamolum and prolonged Theophyllinum with prescription of medications under the standard therapeutical scheme and during the periods of lower bronchial passableness, depending on autonomic nervous system tone (individually for each patient) - chronotherapy. The daily average peak of PEFR increases under the standard therapeutical scheme on the average by 4- 6 %, and under the chronotherapeutical approach - by 10-15 %. The obtained data testify to the increasing therapeutical efficiency in the treatment of bronchial obstruction with the COB patients in the elderly age with the use of individual chronotherapeutical approach.
