For this purpose the electronic circuit of growth process control with the help of computer, the basis of which is the program controlled digital-to-analog device (computer regulator of temperature-CRT-1), is designed and realised. The software is designed and tested. The time schedule control programs of the growth process and its modulation, which take into account thermodinamic growth parameters of compound, are generated. CdTe and ZnTe single crystals with usage of thermal modulation were grown. The electron diffraction and X-ray diffraction studies confirm the presence of cluster layers in the grown samples and demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed method.
