The offered approach, analogues to which are absent, will consist in decomposition of a microstructure on set of defect-sensitive areas, development corresponding functionals of defectiveness, synthesis on their base of models of elements and devices as a whole, that allows to raise efficiency of constructively-technological projection of electronic means. The technique of identification of defect-sensitive areas and calculation of defectiveness of structures of electronic means with use of diakoptic decomposition is developed. On the basis of the offered approach developed functionals defectiveness functionals and mathematical models of microstructures which allow to design model of electronic means of any complexity by a combination of consecutive, parallel and series-parallel connection. The technique of not destroying automated identification of defectiveness of base technological structures of electronic means which will consist in complex use of the optical and test control of planar surfaces is developed.
