Methodologies of use of technologies of navigational-digital photogrammetry and GIS for creation of models of a relief and a situation are offered. Approbation of the method with use of probability models is implemented. The photogrammetrical complex "Aerialphotocamera - GPS-receiver" was developed and investigated. The independent estimations of accuracy of Moon gravitational field representation are received; the model of seleno-potential of 16-th order for the visible side of the Moon is constructed; values of harmonious coefficients of the second order of the gravitational field and for rotating and orbital movements of the Moon; one-dimensional and three-dimensional models of distribution of density of Moon subsoil and interpretation of the basic features of gravitational field; model of structure of crust and mantle.
