The aim of the research is: to work on differential-diagnostic and prognostic criterias of different types of Multiple Sclerosis and Multiple Encephalomyelitis for their treatment. Result of the research: the similarity of pathogenetic mechanisms of forming debuts is supposing at relapsing and secondary-progressive courses differently to primary progressive one. The types of the progression determines the probable prognosis at its stages. It's more unfavorable at steady and relapsly progressing variants, which are prevail at primary progredient course of the disease and rather favorable at forwardly progressive and secondary progredient courses. The prognosis at the stage of progressing carries a character of probability. They don't depend always on features of course of the relapse stage. The qualitative distinctions in a basis of functioning of both brain and immunological mechanisms at different stages of secondary-progredient current is testified.
