Aim -to study the neurobiological mechanisms of attraction to the volatile organic compounds (VOC) in different periods of pubertate and the role of the olfactory analyzer in them. In pubertate rats were determined the stereotaxic coordinates of the olfactory analyzer, it was revealed different membranes sensitivity its receptors to polar and nonpolar volatile organic compounds. In late pubertate the morphofaunctional substrate of attraction to them are limbiconeocortical brain emotional system, in early pubertate- limbical. The systematic useing of inhalers promote rapid development of tolerance in the rats, (3 or 4 months). In one- months rats - even long intoxication hasn?t removed the system deficit of positive emotional support but the canabis?s use raises its activity which leads them to aggression. The forceing the attractoion tо VOC is provided by cholinergic mechanisms. The immunodificiency maniofestations regardless of the inhaler nature are carrying themorphofaunctional character.
