It is investigated 208 patients with pyoinflammatory processes of soft fabrics at which investigated a condition of lipid peroxidation and system antioxidant protection, a condition system and regional immunity, features reparative processes of purulent wounds. On this basis it is developed and it is offered a new way of treatment of purulent wounds of soft fabrics, by local application photochemical the activated solutions of antiseptic tanks. Application immunocorrector thymogen for treatment of pyoinflammatory processes of soft fabrics is proved. The technique of forecasting of current of pyoinflammatory diseases of soft fabrics is offered on the basis of studying parameters of the hemiluminescence of wheys of blood. Complex inspection of 347 patients with postoperative pyoinflammatory complications is carried out. Groups of risk of development of pyoinflammatory processes are revealed. Effective circuits of preventive treatment of such patients are offered. Complex treatment of pyoinflammatory diseases as local application photochemical the activated solutions of antiseptic tanks and immunocorrector thymogen, has enabled to reduce number of complications with 14,5 up to 10,7 % and to reduce average terms of treatment to 5,4 days. Preventive treatment has reduced quantity(amount) of pyoinflammatory complications at diabetic angiopathyes from 39,9 % up to 15,7 %.
