Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology popup.description2 The optimum conditions of cultivation of a microorganism Bac.mesentericus AB-56 for intensification of a biosynthesis of antitumoral cytotoxic substances are developed. Antitumoral and agglutination activity of the culture liquid of given microbe, cultivated on different nutrient mediums is investigated in vitro. With the help of reaction of a hemagglutination the nature of cytotoxic substances, synthesized by culture-producent, is proved lectin and experimental samples of lectin-toxins are received. The mediums (optimized medium Gause and medium from wheaten bran) are picked up, at with use an output of preparations of lectin from cultural liquid of a microorganism AB-56 in 1,5 and 3,2 times are higher on comparing with a meat-peptonic broth. Using allocated the lectin samples of an antitumoral vaccine are prepared, wich activity was investigated in oncologic experiment in vivo on models of cancer Ehrlich, the sarcoma-37 and melanoma B-16 at inbred mice. The conclusion is made, that investigated variants of a vaccine are effective and have advantage before vaccines of the first generation prepared with the help of a filtrate of cultural liquid of microbe-producent. At the animals, treated by such vaccines, prepared with the help of the bacterial lectins, is registered more higher inhibition of tumoral body height and augmentation of survival.
