It was established, that introduction to rats toxic doses of paracetamole and isoniaside alone or with chronic alcoholism, experimental hepatitis or in combination with coffeine or rifampicine was accompanied with induction of microsomal monooxygenases activities, increase of free radical processes activities in liver and decomposition of its structure-functional state. It was shown that use of experimental composition with metabolic action at such conditions assisted liver metabolism correction and partial prevention of xenobiotics toxic effectsdevelopment.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
