The antiepileptic effect of Ethobrovale was shown in pentylentetrazole test in mise. It was shown that bromizovale did not influense pharmacocinetics of ethosuximide (the main active component), so the potentiation of antiepileptic activity of ethosuximide by bromizovale is associated with pharmacodynamics but not with pharmacokynetics interactions between these two drugs. Acute toxity of syrup Ethobrovale was conducted in mise in the oral studies.
