As the result we got the main characteristics of matter at the transition of quark-gluon system to dense hadronic gas in the lead-lead central relativistic collisions at highest SPS CERN energies. Founded space-time characteristics support the transition to the new state of matter in high energy nucleus-nucleus collisions In the framework of the project we proposed a new hydro-kinetic method for evaluating spectra and correlations in high energy nuclear collisions. The method can found most perspective further utilization at studies and numerical simulations of non-equilibrium processes, that accompany quark-hadron phase transition, or deconfinement transition. As to another, so called chiral phase transition, wedemonstrated the principal possibility by means of interferometic analysis of correlation functions of charged pions to extract the coherent component of pion emission and to disclose the signal of disoriented chiral condensate and estimate the main parameters of it. The developed method of analysis takes into account space-time characteristics of nuclear collisions, the superselection rules, the final state Coulomb interactions and contributions from resonance decays.
