In the executed research work the levels of technogenous load on natural components of a territory was chosen as the object of research. For achievement of the purpose the importance of the account of resource aspect is proved with the definition of parameters of environmental safety as the most powerful component of sustainable development. The basic concepts are determined and the methodology of calculation of parameters of environmental safety is investigated; the new definition of concept of risk as average expected damage is established and the algorithm of its calculation is offered; the definitions ecological are made is brave and are analyzed their structure and methods of their rating as parameters of ecologically steady development. During researches of processes of interaction natural and technogenous of systems is determined, that limiting parameter of boundary loading on natural systems is their ecological capacity, and the structurally functional essence alive ecosystems is characterized by the power factor. Methodical bases of integrated natural-technogenous definition of geophysical load for the first time are developed. The results of researches can be used for development of the normative documents on an establishment of maximum allowable parameters of technogenous load on natural components of territory for definition of its limiting optimum status, forecasting of development of a radiologic status of the technogenous-loaded regions of Ukraine, substantiation of the methodical approaches to diagnostics of influence of pollution of an environment on structurally functional stability (resistance) of vegetation.
