Objective: improving methods of treatment and prophylaxis of unfavourable variants of the course of connective tissue diseases (of dysplastic and autoimmune origin) on the basis of studying clinico-pathogenic features in complication formation. Methods: clinical, instrumental (ECG, PhCG, EchoCG, Dopplerography, radiography, GDS, pH-metry), immunological (CD4, CD19, CIC, complement, immunoglobulins, interleukin-6, NST-test), biochemical (oxyproline, glycosaminoglycans, chondroitinsulfates, acid and alkaline phosphatase, collagenase, elastase, elastase inhibitors, ascorbic acid, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn) and statistical. Theoretical and practical results and novelty. A thorough clinico-instrumental investigation helped to determine the principal clinical symptomocomplexes of systemic connective tissue dysplasia in children and adolescents (with prevailing damage to cardiovascular system, vertebral column and gastrointestinal test as well as with hypermobile syndrome). It was established that in children and adolescents with connective tissue dysplasia, regardless of basic clinical signs, there took place certain changes in connective tissue metabolism, microelement content and immunologic homeostasis disorders with certain inclination to the development of bacterial, septic and autoimmune complications. An algorithm of forecasting the development of complications in every variant of connective tissue dysplasia was worked out. New technologies for treatment and regular medical observation of adolescents with connective tissue dysplasia were proposed and their high effectivity was demonstrated. Effectivity: prevention of complications at different variants of connective tissue dysplasia and scleroderma in childhood and adolescents. Field of application: pediatrics, cardiorheumatology, adolescent therapy and neurology. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
