Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology popup.description2 It was shown that anticancer and antimetastatic activity of the investigated vaccines (series IEPOR)is based both on adaptive immune responce induction and on the activation of the natural immunity reactions. It was established that vaccine efficacy depends not only from the cytotoxicity level of the lymphocyte-effectors of the anticancer reactions (CTL, NK, ADCC effectors), but in great part from the degree and the dinamics of the activity of the monocyte-macrophage, namely by the conversion speed of the latest from destructive phase into productive onc. It was investigated as well that in the conditions of prymary tumor preserving and after operative removal of it, the vaccine utilization prepared on the base of tumor cells, using the synthesis products of B.subtilis 7025 in homeopathie doses permit to obtain the better effect than the introduction of the allopathic doses of the same vaccine. On the basis of the correlation analysis of the obtained data it was grounded that for immunological monitoring of the vaccines efficacy the level of the reactions of the specific cellular and humoral immunity, functional activity of NK and MF and the mononuclear cell capacity in vitro IL-2, TNF production must be estimated.
