The basic radiobiological regularities "dose-time-effect' on cellular, system and organism levels were carryed out. The conception of the radiogenic reactions formation of the investigated systems was established in conditions of long influence of basic dose constituent radionuclides of Chernobyl emission. In range of small doses of low intensity the dependences of biological effects manifestation from size of absorbed dose was not revealed. The manifestation of stochastic effects essentially depends from high local doses which are formed in places of radionuclides deposition. The determination method of the contribution of the radiation-induced component in the diseases of the persons which are exposed to constant action of low-intensity irradiation was developed.
