Object of the study. Sexual disorders in males with type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Aim of the study. To make structural analysis of sexual disorders, examination of functional state of hypophyse-sexual system in males with diabetes mellitus in the state of decompensation and compensation for studying the role of compensation and hormonal factors in pathogenesis of sexual disorders and the development of the methods for their prevention. Method of study and equipment. The methods of structural analysis of sexual disorders using quantification scale of male sexual formula IIEF-5, radioimmunological methods for hormone determination, gamma counter. Results and their novelty. Frequency of erectile dysfunction in males with diabetes mellitus is 78,9% and in a case of association of diabetes mellitus and arterial hypertension - 92,0%. Male age, duration of diabetes mellitus, severity, decompensation and lability of disease are unfourable factors in the development of erectile dysfunction. The most frequent basal syndrome of copulative dysfunction is the lesion of neurohormonal component. Compensation of diabetes mellitus does not result in significant functional improvement that is dependent on the insufficient components of copulative cycle. 1/3 patients has decreased testosterone concentration in blood. Efficiency. Sexual adaptation of males with diabetes mellitus and sexual disorders have to be only after the compensation of metabolic disorders and the correction of testosterone deficit state that increases an efficiency of treatment. Prophylaxis of sexual disorders in diabetes mellitus has to begin at early stages for provide with stable compensation of metabolic disorders. Field of use. Endocrinology, Andrology, Urology.
