The main specific character of method is the evaluation of gene toxic influences of environment factors on the base of comparison analysis of the frequencies of the erythrocytes and leukocytes with microniclei, binucleated leukocytes in blood smears, which can be take in living animals, to control data, having species-specific traits. The authentic increase of these characters in comparison with control data will indicate the exist of gene toxic influence of emvironment to investigated animals.
