The purpose of the work is a formation and function of biofilm on the surfaces of industrial materials. The methods: microbiologial, biochemical, physick and chemical, electrochemical. The biofilm formation on the metal and protective coating surfaces by aggressive and nonaggressive strains of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) have shown. The main factor of the biofilm formation are exsopolymers, particularly exsopolysaccharides (EPS). Monosaccharide composition EPS of the aggressive strain more riche than nonaggressive one. Mackinawite and pyrite more intensify accumulate in the biofilm of the aggressive strain of SRB. The cationactive inhibitor (DPH) breakes adhesion of SRB to metal, sulphides and formation in biofilms. The original express method of MIC study is proposed.
