On the basis of this analysis the interpretation of the MHD activity experiments in a plasma of the TEXTOR tokamak with the deuterium pellets injection is presented. It is shown, that the synchrotron radiation of the runaway electrons is a new effective noncontact tool for physical process diagnostic of the tokamak plasma. It is experimentally proved that unlike Kadomtsev model (B.B. Kadomtsev. Fizika Plazmy 1 (1975) 710 ) the tokamak central magnetic tube initial shift (kink) may no lead to continuous progressive process of the magnetic lines reconnection. After partial reconnection the reduced magnetic tube is pushed out as a whole from the position it took before. The investigation of the penetration into TEXTOR-DED tokamak plasma of the electromagnetic field, which is created by the additional quasi-helical DED-coils, are made on the base of one-fluid and two-fluid hydrodynamics in the linear approach. The equations, which describe the plasma response to external low frequency (the frequency of the external perturbations does not exceed the electron-ion collision one) helical perturbation penetration into tokamak have been derived and investigated. The current carrying plasma cylindrical model is used. The structure of the helical field in plasma, the plasma flows in this field, the perturbation current density destribution in plasma and the radial profile of the poloidal driven force have been investigated.
