This group, according to the obtained data, may be the most adequate model of a trade of an intellectual labour with high nervous - emotional stress. According to the " Hygienic classification of work", aviadispatchers are refered to the 3-rd class of degrees of a harmfulness and danger. Physiological researches has rotined, that fulfilment of professional work, espessially, the work in night shift, results in development for the dispatchers of fatigue and overwork (for 20 % of the inspected dispatchers). It was detected (by questionnaires) a condition of chronic fatigue (syndrome of "burn-out"). There was founded a moderate level of risk of fatal heart ritm disturbances, that for a 8,5 % of the inspected dispatchers (by the ECG monitoring (by Holter)). It was founded the high morbidity (central nervous system and cardiovascular system) for the dispatchers, high instability of a genome (by the micronuclear test), heightened pace of an aging.
