Bu using the intensive milling in planetary mills the ultra- and nanosized titanium boride and carbide were prepared and also decrease the temperature of the BN-Si3N4 composite system synthesis. The specific surface area of prepared powders was 40-100 m2/g. By using the active intermediate products, the catalytic additions and active gas media for intensification of reduction and carbidization the composite systems based on titanium-niobium-tungsten carbides with high level of hurdness (46-57 GPa) and nanosized molibdenum and tungsten carbides were produced.
