Specimens with a density of 3.3 g/cm3 were prepared. The grain size of the specimens was 70 nm. Structural examinations indicated that the hydrogen treatment provided the cleaning of initial particles from adsorbed particles. The formation of the granular structure in the specimens at 1900-2100 C is determined by the development of collective crystallization.
