The object of the work is solution of business activities tax regulation, banking activities, direcetd on money -credit relations regulation and derning of basic directions of funds accumulation and ways of investing process energization in the region (enterprises) in the conditions of scarecity of financial resources meant for investment, investing activities financing methods, system of activities directed on study of financial resoutces attraction and improvement of financial securing of investing activities, study of founding and development of local budget profit tax basis and ways of their improvement, financial stability of banks securing. Metods of researh - dialect method, principles of historical, logical and system analysis and synthesis, methods of quantity financial analysis, fundamental concepts of financial theory. In the process of research method basis of financial securing of investing have been studied, as well as factors influencing effectiveness in the sphere of investing financial securing. Methods concerning improvement of decision-making in the sphere of investing resources financial securing have been worked out. Basic ways of local taxation system in the Ukraine have been worked out Liquidity of the bank been proved to be influenced by its assets structure. Results of the thesis can be usedas practical and theoretical basis of the new economic model with financial -credit regulation. The obtained results may be of use for economic subjects in the process of their activity. The proposed model and ways of local taxation system improvement allow to increase the part of local authorities in the budget profit part formation.
